CEO Kim Jin-young emphasized that \u201cthe axis of competition in AI infrastructure will shift from compute performance to memory efficiency.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>MX1 comes in two versions: \u2018MX1 Expand,\u2019 specialized for CXL-based memory expansion, and \u2018MX1 Compute,\u2019 which carries more than 1,000 RISC-V cores to process data close to where it is stored. According to the company, it improves throughput by up to 4.7 times and energy efficiency by up to 18.7 times compared with conventional CPU-based data processing (results vary by workload).<\/li>\n<li>Rather than competing with memory manufacturers, XCENA aims to be a partner that expands the CXL ecosystem.
