Having received U.S. FDA clearance last October for a Phase 1\/2a trial in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), it is preparing to enter the clinic.<\/li>\n<li>In preclinical studies, it achieved complete response (CR) in SCLC models with no tumor regrowth for six to eight weeks after dosing stopped.
