The underwriting group was finalized about two months after the company sent out requests for proposal (RFPs) in August and held presentations in early September.<\/li>\n<li>Founded in 2022, XCENA owns \u2018MX1,\u2019 a product based on CXL (Compute Express Link), a core next-generation memory technology, and co-presented MX1 with Samsung Electronics at the global semiconductor conference Hot Chips.
