SBI Investment Portfolio Company DTS Passes KOSDAQ Preliminary Listing Review… Targets Listing Within the Year

• DTS, an SBI Investment portfolio company specializing in special heat exchangers such as air-cooled condensers (ACC) and air-cooled heat exchangers (AFC), has passed the KOSDAQ preliminary listing review. It plans to file a securities registration statement as early as mid-August and aims to debut on KOSDAQ within the year.
• Backed by solid earnings growth, with 2024 revenue of KRW 142.9 billion (up approximately 89% from KRW 75.8 billion in 2023), operating profit of KRW 25 billion and an order backlog of KRW 144 billion as of the end of 2024, DTS supplies eco-friendly equipment to energy plants, petrochemical facilities and power plants.
