SBI Investment Portfolio Company LUKEN Technologies Pursues Transfer Listing to KOSDAQ
- SBI Investment portfolio company LUKEN Technologies, a precision inspection solutions specialist, is pursuing a transfer listing from KONEX to KOSDAQ. It has replaced its lead underwriter for the transfer with IBK Securities and plans to apply for a technology evaluation in the second half of this year.
- LUKEN Technologies is successfully transforming its business from display inspection equipment and parts to semiconductor test components based on its proprietary M-POGO pin technology, and continues to expand its business, including finalizing local orders in the Chinese semiconductor market.
- In November last year, SBI Investment, together with Daishin Securities, invested KRW 7 billion in convertible bonds (CBs) issued by LUKEN Technologies to support its business transformation and growth, and plans to continue its support toward a successful transfer listing on KOSDAQ.
