• MUSINSA, an SBI Investment portfolio company and Korea's leading fashion platform, has formally begun its IPO process by filing for preliminary listing review with the Korea Exchange for a listing on the KOSPI market.
• Founded in June 2012, MUSINSA recorded separate-basis revenue of KRW 1.35 trillion and operating profit of KRW 145.8 billion last year.
• The company explained that the filing is “intended to assess the feasibility of a listing as a financing option for growing into a global company,” adding that it will review whether it meets the listing requirements and the practical benefits of listing during the review process.
