SBI Investment Portfolio Company MOBILTECH Demonstrates Smart City Spatial Intelligence Technology to the Singapore Land Authority… Expanding Global Collaboration

MOBILTECH, an SBI Investment portfolio company providing physical AI spatial intelligence infrastructure, hosted officials from the Singapore Land Authority (SLA) to discuss the outlook for smart city development, and demonstrated its spatial intelligence technologies, including its multi-sensor fusion software ‘Sensor Suite,’ its sensor calibration solution ‘Calibration Suite’ and its digital twin simulation ‘Replica City.’
Senior SLA officials, including Deputy Chief Executive Yeo Wen Shan, visited MOBILTECH's calibration center in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province, in person. MOBILTECH's calibration technology reduces positional error between sensors to 0.23 cm and angular error to 0.17° and shortens vehicle calibration time from one to two weeks to about 10 minutes, earning New Excellent Technology (NET) certification from the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy in May 2026.
Having proven its global technological strength by winning first place in the CVPR 2026 digital twin competition and participating in a project to build a digital twin platform in Saudi Arabia, MOBILTECH has raised a cumulative KRW 42.1 billion. It plans to expand its collaboration by supplying AI-based technology to the SLA's urban management projects.
